After 4 Years From Now (4YFN), at the Mobile World Capital, Mind the Byte will have a noteworthy place at the main biotechnology partnering congress: BIO-Europe Spring 2017. This event will also be held in Barcelona, from 20 to 22 March. This edition of BES is organised by the EBD Group with collaboration from Biocat and ACCIÓ.
For the first time, Mind the Byte will have a booth (NUMBER 6) in the exhibition area where it will be presenting its SaaS pay-per-use platform that cuts time-to-market for new drugs. It will also be sharing its success stories alongside more than thirty organisations including Ferrer, Metabostem, the University of Barcelona, the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC), among others. The company provides these organisations bioinformatics, big data and machine learning services for their research into new therapies to treat cancer, Alzheimer and other diseases.
Mind the Byte is a technology partner of Amazon Web Services (AWS). The company has recently added two new members to its advisory board: Dr José Luis Cabero, bringing his more than 25 years of business experience in global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and Prof Peter Edman of Uppsala University (Sweden).
The company currently has offices in the Barcelona Science Park (PCB) and the Copenhagen Bioscience Park (COBIS), and is present in the Spanish, Scandinavian and Japanese markets.
